 It'll be a little bit more expensive, but it has a 3 700 milliamp hour battery instead of a 2800 one and the battery life will be much better. Thankfully, the Pixel 4 is equipped with 18 watt wired fast charging to get that relatively small battery back up to full pretty quickly. and it does have wireless charging capabilities as well. And to be totally honest with you guys, the battery life and the gimmicky motion sense stuff is the only problems that I've had with the Pixel 4

 Also inside that forehead is a few pieces of tech that you would actually find on all iphones with face Id. The Pixel 4 uses a dot projector and a flood illuminator to accurately scan your face for a very quick and easy facial unlocking system. Given that I wear a mask every time I go out in public, I think I would have preferred an in-display fingerprint reader here, but the facial unlocking system on the Pixel 4 is actually quite a bit faster than the Face Id on my iphone 12 series phones. so thumbs up for that Google

 Android is Google's baby, and it runs as expected on the Google Pixel 4. In the time that I've been testing this phone, I've encountered very few issues, and because of that 90 Hertz display, it feels just as snappy as most modern flagships. I put this phone up against the S21 Ultra and saw very few differences between the two. In most apps, the Pixel 4 is running a Snapdragon 855 and six gigs of Ram, both of which should be perfectly capable of doing almost anything on your phone for at least the next couple of years

 You know, four hours of screen on time versus like two and a half if you're a heavy user. like if you enjoy taking a lot of photos or you play a lot of games on your phone, I'd strongly consider forgetting the Pixel 4 and just going for the Pixel 4 Xl. The Pixel 4 is an INSANE Value Right Now!

 I mean, the Galaxy's 10 was still doing 60hz. but you did have the Oneplus 7 Pro and the Oneplus 7t Pro that did 90 Hertz which was really cool. so I did like having that type of capability on this type of device. Now we did have the Usb type C port on the bottom which was really cool and on the sides

 Now winning it off with the battery life. This thing has a 2 800 million power battery inside of it, which was another kind of downside. You know it should have had over a 3000 milli power battery and for this one to have a smaller size battery like this one is pretty insane. It also brought a 90 Hertz panel so the panel itself required more power and the fact that they put like i think it was a smaller size battery than its predecessor or something like that

 I don't know why they knew that made no sense. They eventually fixed it. but I wish they added more storage models here too. But the performance side of things, in my opinion, was actually pretty good

 We had Ib certification. we had wireless charging as well which was really cool and all in all on the outside it was actually a pretty interesting phone. You know, I actually did like the way this phone kind of performed at least on the outside and I think it was a good looking phone. It definitely was not an ugly looking phone

I have gesture navigation enabled which keeps the soli radar chip active and looking for gestures above the device when its stationary. I stream videos and play music over Bluetooth in the car. I also use navigation when walking frequently

 Well, it hasn't been a problem. I typically have 17-30% percent remaining in the morning and can easily throw the phone on charge before leaving the house.  Remarkably, the phone lasts all day and well into the next morning without being charged. I had concerns about going to sleep with a low battery and having the phone die during the night and then no alarm in the morning. Well, it hasn't been a problem. I typically have 17-30% percent remaining in the morning and can easily throw the phone on charge before leaving the house

 Let's see how the device performs in real day-to-day usage. In the car, in a pocket with Bluetooth and the normal stuff we all do with our devices. The TINY subpar battery had better be good. Otherwise 2 of these phones are coming right back to you

Pixel4 - On The Fence With This One - Google Has Cut One too Many Corners Here

 An overnight charge to 100% would all be gone by 7pm if I wasn't quite careful. To counter this I bought a charger for the car so I can give it a commute-time top-up and things are better now. Wireless charging is cool and Qi chargers all seem to work fine. Makes charging in the car a breeze with a charger built into the holder

  It's an expensive business getting a Pixel phone in this country (New Zealand) since it's a buy from Amazon in the US, shipping to the other end of the world, paying GST (our sales tax) converted to NZ dollars added up to $1,550.  Was it worth it? Let's take a look.  ** Edit: After nearly a year, I just love this phone, absolutely rock-solid even with over a hundred apps installed, I'm revising from 4 to 5 stars **  I've owned a lot of android phones and had the Pixel 4 for a few months now and it's performed pretty much flawlessly, both the software and the hardware - as I expected it would. I really like Google's own implementation of their Android O/S - it's clean and just works

 There are some UI annoyances that I'll come to later. Other makes (Huawei, Samsung) all seem to be clogged up with unnecessary and buggy extra apps and take years to get Android updates through. I get Google's updates within days of release and I've never had a bad one.  In their attempt to regain a handful of pixels from the bottom of the screen, Google have removed the Home and Back on-screen buttons and replaced them with gestures

 Bluetooth, WiFi, and 4G connectivity all seem solid.  Battery life is marginal, my only real complaint about the hardware. An overnight charge to 100% would all be gone by 7pm if I wasn't quite careful. To counter this I bought a charger for the car so I can give it a commute-time top-up and things are better now

This is the most smoothest, lightest layer on a screen that I have experienced. My fingers literally slide off the screen.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Apart from the sticker on the screen, I noticed (and was relieved)  that there was another well stuck plastic screen protector already applied on the screen out of the box.

On T-Mobile, things got interesting. T-Mobile's network forced my S21 into "standalone 5G" mode. Most 5G connections in the US right now are at least half 4G. Standalone 5G, which eschews 4G, gives you lower latency and less chance of overloaded networks in crowded conditions, but you end up with slower overall speeds because you're losing the add-on 4G components

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Review

Really love the size and screen in the 21, as well as the overall industrial design. One UI isn't particularly offensive but I what I do notice is that I don't get the app hangups like I was experiencing with the 6T. I think I'm going to be quite happy with this phone for awhile.

Started good, 3 months later waste of money

I use the phone with a fabric case but the general back design is really great BUT i would love if google could come up with a classic panda version, but as we seen on the subreddit we have a lot of skin options to make it as such.

 I would love it if someone could explain why pixel devices take 3 days to get optimized for battery what is happening in the background ect. But now with average 8h SOT and with no overheating appart from the time i charge it im fully happy with the battery life.
