 I mean, it was cool that it had a battery you know that you know, kind of worked, but I probably wouldn't recommend it like it wouldn't be the reason I would pick up this phone. Really, the only phones that's not beating is like the iphone 10, but I still think this is a pretty decent phone in terms of performance when you consider the age, the price, and everything else that I usually state

 The oleophobic coating that once protected this screen from fingerprints has worn away over time at this point. If I use this phone at all without washing my hands extensively first, a lot of residue will show up on the screen, and it'll just generally make the phone a little bit more unpleasant to use. That may not be an issue you run into if you get a newer or less used Pixel 2, but it was a problem for me. If you can get over that minor inconvenience though, the view from the other side aka the software and overall performance of this phone is just fantastic

 These older flagships are getting pretty cheap nowadays, and the Pixel 2 is one of the cheapest on the market. I scored this kind of blue model in nearly perfect condition for about 90 us dollars. That's a pittance compared to any new phone these days. The reviewers back in 2017 were right when it comes to Android phones

Google Pixel 2: This Phone is a STEAL in 2021!

The pictures, even from my Pixel 2, get more compliments than my iPhone 12 and people with new iPhones still ask if I have my Pixel with me when they want to take important pictures. Overall, I think that the Google Pixel (even with its flaws), is a smart phone, a really smart phone. Like a personal assistant. The iPhone just doesn’t feel like that to me

 I didn't realize the phone was learning my use patterns. After about a week the battery life is great! I use my phone all day for business and personal and now I no longer need to charge it in the middle of the day. First time I've actually used the face recognition on a phone. And it's working great

 The fingerprint takes some getting used to - being on the front and having to get my finger pretty flat. The camera is probably way better than outstanding. 🤣 I'm still learning to use it but it's got some amazing features and the zoom.

Amazing phone and features

  The Good: So even with all the ranting there is some good with this phone. To start things off the camera has some nice new features. The fact that you can zoom in 100x is pretty impressive, even though at that distance any picture looks like it was taken with a potato. The camera also has a laser auto focus which is pretty interesting to watch in video, the camera will literally adjust to movement without you actually moving

 Again not horrible but the Note 10+ was just so much slimmer and more comfortable in the hand. Lastly the cost. I bought my Note directly from Samsung for $700 brand new with a pair of galaxy buds and a charger included, so at $1200 this phone should have outperformed my 2.5 year old Note across the board, but to be quite honest its mediocre at best

 I only have my thumbs set for all 4 scans and more times than not it still can't pick it up. Size is somewhat bulkier, primarily due to the raised camera overlay, which results in the case being somewhat bulkier. Again not horrible but the Note 10+ was just so much slimmer and more comfortable in the hand. Lastly the cost

For the cost, could've been better

 10x zoom is good only in bright lighting. But the camera lets me down every time I try to take a picture of my kid inside, every time it comes out as a blurry mess.

5. Battery-- I can get a full days use from the phone with battery to spare. I'm answering emails, watching videos, playing some more powerful mobile games, play game pass on it, and browsing websites. The phone doesn't get hot and performance does not slow down

2. Screen size-- As I indicated earlier, I love big phones because it provides a better media consumption experience and is better for online gaming.

Best Samsung I've owned

I don't like how big and bulky this phone is. It is also very heavy. It has a great camera and other nice features but I do miss being able to expand my memory with an sd card.

Usually, a review of a superpowered phone from Samsung consists of a bunch of promises and then a bunch of reality checks on those promises. With the Galaxy S21 Ultra, there are fewer caveats than before. The battery lasts beyond a full day. There’s a beautiful new design

There’s no getting around that this is a massive, relatively heavy phone. But Samsung also has a ton of experience making gigantic phones, and it has applied everything it has learned here. For example, contrary to the current trend, the screen is still just a little curved on the sides. I think it was the right call — it narrows the bezels on the left and right just that much more, making the phone easier to hold

8 inches diagonally, which is basically tablet territory. If you are keeping score — and you know that Samsung is — the S21 Ultra’s screen spec is 0.1 inches bigger than the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max
