The extended lip on this pan makes it easy to hold on to, and the pan’s straight sides made beautiful, perfectly square cake. However, we found the pan’s material to be problematic. When the pan was greased with butter and dusted with flour, cake released easily from it. But when the pan was greased with only butter, as called for in the recipe, brownies stuck stubbornly inside it, which made it very challenging to remove the food without damaging it. The stuck-on food left behind also made cleanup a pain.

 I would prefer to buy USA made, but this time USA's pans of the same type had a "Quilted" bottom base, which would not work well for Naked cakes. I baked a chocolate zucchini heavy cake in these pans. With parchment in the bottom and a lot of Pam on the sides, the cakes came out fine, but needed to be thumped on the outside of the pan. Next time I will use the parchment in the bottom with oiled and FLOURED sides, hoping to have them slide out a little easier

 Just great pans. And they come in a huge number of sizes and shapes (a few less during the pandemic). I use mine in a toaster oven, as that is what I have. And they are great

 Came to these Fat Daddio pans late in my life. They are well made, sturdy, have a great rim for holding on to. This is the 6th pan I have purchased. They conduct heat well, heat evenly, release baked and cooked on food readily, are easy to clean, sometimes with just a little soaking

Check your measurements INCLUDING the LIP of the pan

 It's aluminum so you should hand wash it so the dishwasher don't cause pitting of the metal. If you are baking cakes and such, I would recommend getting/using heating core rods for an evenly baked cake that will (usually) bake nice and flat without that taller center part.

 This is 100% a bakery level pan, not a typical home cook/baker pan. My only complaint is the price, however, for the level of quality you receive and for the shape of the pan being so non-standard, I can excuse it mostly.

While uncoated, these pans come in a variety of sizes. They do have perfectly straight sides for layer cakes, however.

 I use a toothbrush with dishwashing soap, rinse the pan really well and dry it right away. I've decided to give this particular pan a rating of three stars instead of less only because my other pan has been really good for several years and I'm thinking that maybe I received the single pan that's lousy.

 It just arrived but must be returned. The pan isn't a true square, one interior corner is filled with solder, one upper corner is sharp and dangerous, and the interior of the pan has small holes in the metal. I can live with slight scratches, but I won't accept these major imperfections. The perfect corners I was expecting aren't perfect in this pan and because I can't locate the Parrish Magic Line Company to contact either by phone or on the web, I won't purchase their pans again

Disappointment and not up to par

This is my third Parrish Magic Line baking pan that I've purchased. The quality and performance of these pans speak "Professional." Even though I'm not a Chef (yet), you wouldn't know it by the outcome of my products. I like the quality, sturdiness and precision of my pans
