 It is a little bit fiddly working out which bit is which but certainly once you've got the bits done and you're kind of a little bit used to it, absolutely brilliant. Obviously if you want to increase the cooling a little bit more you can add that extra fan if you want to with the included equipment. Which would then actually probably put it a little bit closer to the D15 which again is still phenomenal considering the price difference and even the size difference. So overall I would say if I was to give this a star rating it's got to be a 4

 When we get to those higher temperatures and pushing those 12 cores and 24 threads in Cinebench obviously it is going to push this thing to the absolute limits. But there was no throttling as such, the actual clock speeds were slightly lower, didn't throttle as such but just didn't boost as high as it would have done with the D15. So there's a 50 to 100 MHz difference across the cores so there is that to it. If you're looking for the utmost performance you can get out of your processor then obviously spending more money on something like the D15 is going to make a little bit of sense

Purchased this CPU Cooler due to my CPU running hot as of late. It is a 6-year old computer with an AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black CPU running at up to 3100 MHz and I don’t overclock. Not sure if it was due to the age of my CPU, or the Stock CPU cooler, or maybe background software conflicts causing stress on the CPU. But it was reaching 70+ deg

 11° Celsius. As I write this, the thermometer mounted directly downstream of the cooler, shows the exhaust air temp is 80°F. The digital thermometer on the other end of my desk shows ambient temp is 70°F. Notice, I have not been overclocking this rig: Yet! For the geeks, its a pretty tame setup

I moved the stock Cooler Master 12cm case fan to the front, & added a Thermaltake A1280 to the rear exhaust position. With the nearly solid mesh front, this gives a straight-thru air flow, w/ the HDDs located one in the lowest slot, and the other higher than the top of the front fan. All cables were rerouted for max airflow

 Everyone's favorite air cooler is getting some really useful design upgrades. So I'm going to go through the three main design changes to Cooler Master's ultra-popular Hyper 212 EVO. This is version 2, and the first change that's going to be useful for a lot of builders out there is that they've moved to an asymmetrical layout. So now you get more room for those tall sticks of RAM that always seem to just kind of butt up awkwardly against your cooler

 When I start using the computer for 3D programs or video intense games, the temps get up to 98°F (37°C). Some of that I'm sure is from the big video card, pushing up heat from below.  This isn't a quiet fan. None of them (that I bought) are

  I have read that the stock fan/cooler cools the chip to around (80°C) 176°F which isn't a bad temp for a chip. I believe that "normal" operating temps of things is around 180°F. But still. 

  This isn't a quiet fan. None of them (that I bought) are. Of course, the speed can be adjusted, but it doesn't quiet it down much at all, & too low will have the temps rise quickly, needing more flow & speed. So I knock off one star for that, because it's 2020, & quiet fans are as common as quiet mice & keyboards

 Then I check the screws before putting the mobo in to the case.  I haven't ever had to re-apply thermal paste to a Cooler Master cooler in all of the years I have been using them exclusively. Quality thermal paste & attention are what is important to these high quality parts.

 Considering a cheap cpu fan often benchmarks better than a lot of expensive aio’s… but worth the buy in my case (ha). Just makes your PC look even cooler (ha again).

Aesthetics are the main selling point

 Guys I've been using the AIO now for a few days and I've really enjoyed using it to be honest, the cooling is really good, the display is gorgeous, but what I don't like about it is the price tag, you know £225 is just way too much for an AIO. Now I didn't pay that and I wouldn't, I really wouldn't. Now what I would do is I would spend my money on the X63 or the X63 RGB, now they come in about £125 to £140 for the non-RGB version and then about £160 with the RGB fans and I just think that just offers such a better value proposition, you know essentially the same cooler and it just comes down to like the pump really and kind of whether you want to display the information, have a GIF on there or whatever it is, ultimately it is a gimmick. It doesn't add any value to your system in terms of cooling, it just makes it look a bit prettier, you know people use RGB fans all the time and I think probably that's the way to go really, you kind of spend a little bit of money on RGB fans, maybe look to upgrade your CPU and you're going to be a lot happier

 So what we're going to do now is we're going to get this bad boy installed and see how good it is. Guys, what we're going to do now is we're going to install the AIO. First thing to do is put the backplate on, so we're going to do that and because we're using a 1200 series CPU, we use the 115X standoffs. Don't be concerned that there's a little bit of rattling there because the pressure of the pump will actually hold it in place absolutely no problems at all, this is to be expected

 So for me £225 I can't recommend it but I can recommend going for one of the X63s and then maybe use that extra bit of cash towards something else in your system, it just makes sense to me but yeah ultimately I think it's a really good call of the X63, really nice, I've enjoyed using it, it's going to be using future builds but yeah the price tag really bugs for me, I don't know if you can tell. But seeing as how their performance is virtually identical with the new X series refresh and the Z series seems to be about purely an aesthetic ad, that $100 price delta feels like a lot. The Z63 is a great looking unit. It installs easy, it performs like a beast, and the animated GIF option is way too fun, but you're sure paying a premium for it

 So NZXT is refreshing their all-in-one line, and the Z63 we're looking at today ups the ante by offering the latest Asetek pump design, built-in Hue Plus RGB control, and a fully customizable 60mm graphic pump top.
