The other option was to split them from the set of P12s below, but I wanted separate control of the GPU fans. This doesn't matter anyway because all the P12s in this case run at 100% and the sound does not bother me one bit (it's quieter than every other fan I've had in there from the Lian-Li case fans to the SL120 UniFans to the NZXT Kraken X53 fans). Whenever I am not using my PC it is mining Ethereum at 1110 MHz on the core and 8170 MHz on the memory clock. With the OEM shroud and fans, it was averaging about 57°C, which is quite good.

If anybody has any tips on managing the extra cables that come out of the X53, I'd love to hear them -- the varying lengths make it feel like it'll be too thick bundled up if I ziptie them all together. Overall, I loved the challenging build process and so far have held steady operating temps while gaming (80c average on both while running MW2 on 1440p-High), and the Arctic fans are really dang quiet, rivaling Noctua for half the price.
