 -This unit is slower than the Baratza Sette 270. The Sette gets your espresso in the portafilter in ~4 seconds, this machine takes ~17.5 seconds. -Another issue is that although there is a pause functionality on the grinder, it isn't really useful because the damn thing resets the timer after about 10-15 seconds

The grinder is as good as my ex ultra+98 ssp HU/ ek43s+ 98mm SSP HU aligned/LAgom p64 using the same burrs and other project grinders. It extracts a lot in a short period of time, with good flavors separations and high intensity/high body.
