Super easy to use. No need for cooking spray, waffles slide right out of the ceramic. Everything is great about this waffle maker, except for the mechanism that holds it vertical for storage. That latch thing is kinda flimsy, so I'm subtracting a star for that, but function wise, it's fantastic

Very frustrating. The price is good, but this is NOT the waffle maker for anyone who are serious about their waffles. If that's you, don't waste your time, money, or energy on this one, splurge for a better brand. The better brands cost only slightly more and they last a decade and make perfect waffles

Since it is non stick coated heating plates you don't want to get them scratched. When done, just unplug to cool and use paper towels to clean it. NO dishwasher, immersion in sink, or wet dishcloth. DRY clean it only
