 It'S extremely easy to use you just plug the machine in no buttons, no switches, all knobs. You just have a light that indicates when the machine is hot enough to add the batter and then turns off when the waffle is cooked. However, the machine only cooks them to a golden color. So if you like brown, crispier waffles, you have to play with the timing and estimate compared to its price point

Got this for Christmas and used it once (worked okay.. Wasn't the greatest) Tried to use it again 7 days later and all of the non stick coating started coming off onto the waffles. What a waste! Better get a refund!

This is okay, but could have been so much better. It's obviously made to store vertically, but there's no catch or magnet so it opens up once you set it down on a shelf. Cord doesn't have a built-in gripper (which would have helped) on it either.  Also the handle gets just as hot as the waffle maker, and you have to have a potholder handy

 So what i got i got some of these at the orange automotive store, so we're gon na see. If that will make this work and here's one in place, i haven't snapped it in place, yet it's a little small, but i think it was the it will spread. When one does this the lid falls open about 2 inches, so leaves the cooking surface open to dust.  In all, I am happy with the price performance, do watch for a sale as I have seen the price go up by a third, and other reviewers have mentioned prices close to what I got it for. As a side note, I noticed that America's Test Kitchen tried to review this with a group of others. This item did not even make the first cut as an authentic Belgian Waffle is supposed to be thicker.

I need to make waffles and freeze them for traveling each week. I purchased one of these, a little hesitant about how well it would perform but I am so amazed that I spent the extra $10 and got a 2nd one for knocking out a dozen waffles quickly.  I've now made literally hundreds of waffles in the Dash Mini over the last year, and every single one has come out perfect.

  You can make the most amazing waffles with this thing using just canned cinnamon rolls. Without everyone having to wait forever for cinnamon rolls to be baked in the oven. Get a can of the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing. Now you can use the icing as-is, but you can make it "pourable" by adding a few ingredients

  We use Krusteaz Belgian waffle mix, although just about any waffle or pancake mix will do. We recently got a KPKitchen batter dispenser for pancakes and waffles, which makes it easier to get just the right amount of batter into the waffle iron each and every time.  WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BATTER DISPENSER?  Quick pro tip I can offer you. Don't have a fancy measured batter dispenser? Next time you finish off a bottle of ketchup, mustard, squeeze jelly, etc, don't throw away the container

 Best of all, you don't have to use all of the batter at once. When you're done making waffles, just close the cap, and stick the bottle in the fridge. It will usually stay good for 2-4 days, just don't leave it at room temp for more than two hours at a time.  BACK TO MAKING THE WAFFLES
