Audio Pro Addon T3+ vs KEF LSX

Caveat, I only have had for a day and a half, but really enjoying. Simply put it was exactly what I looking for… a good sounding portable bluetooth speaker for the HOME (not for outdoors… camping/boating situations) that I can use in my office and bedroom. I am not a bass head, so didn’t want anything bass predominant, like Beats stuff. Felt like outdoorsy speakers tend to be bass heavy, plus sound quality compromised for practical outdoorsy design needs

I really wanted to love these - for their size and price point they have a great soundstage/imaging and I'm not sure you can do much better given the constraints as far as sound goes. A little on the bass-heavy side for me and a little warm/colored but really for their size they are quite impressive. However, unfortunately the app/connectivity issues were a real dealbreaker. I spent hours debugging/reconnecting/going back and forth with KEF support trying to figure out why the speakers would not reconnect after randomly losing Wi-Fi connection

Yes, the sound quality is great, that being said --- this is clearly a speaker someone would order that has aesthetic in mind. A big reason why I ordered this specific model is because of the brown leather handle and gold buttons to match the rest of my decor - however I got one with a black handle and silver buttons. It's crucial to provide the product in the photo especially when someone is paying $250, so to not get what I paid for is extremely disappointing. I am not one to write poor reviews, but I did not receive a message back from Amazon so here we are

I bought them for listening to music and as a better option than a sound bar for my tv. The remote has to be the worst designed thing I have ever used. The remote has red lettering on black, the buttons are flush and it seems to be just an afterthought.

Amazing sound for size. Not audiophile but satisfying (come on looks the size and price, don’t be a dufas!). Forget all the features and gimmicks of other speakers, you don’t need them. Your phone has all the controls you need

If you want any kind of imaging at all, you need something smaller to give you a better near field experience. Even without the walls, you'd need to sit back pretty far to get the right imaging for those speakers. I bet even $100 edifiers would sound better.
