You certainly want to ensure you adjust the color depth from the default (8bit) to 10bit via the NVIDIA Control central or it's AMD equivalent. I have both an RTX 3000 series and AMD 6700xt cards tested and both G-Sync and Free-Sync Premium Pro work without a hitch.

Only issues: 1) Monitor Stand is massive - will have to buy a monitor arm (any recommendations would be appreciated) 2) My box was damaged, missing DP Cable in the box (not Dell's fault). 3) Very inconvenient cable placement, you must take off the removable back panel and swing it around to connect, while this might not be an issue for some, with such a big stand and not a lot of desk room, it is a bit of a hinderance.
