Wowtac W1 - Great, super light and small, rechargeable, powerful, pocket or keys, EDC
I really like this little light Weight/size/use: This is the real story. It's very small and very comfortable. Much smaller than it looks in the pictures and super light. Very good for an EDC. I've been walking around with it in my vest pocket and forget that it's there. It has a lanyard hole so can...

What Flashlight Purchases do you Regret?
So I sold it. - Wowtac W1 – could have been a super cool and affordable 16340 light. But they decided to use long press from off for moon and then lockout instead of direct access to moon and then keep pressing to ramp up, so it is not like the UI in their headlamps. Wasn't really mentioned in reviews, but being "trapped" in moon and otherwise mode memory makes it quite useless for me.
A New Favorite!
I already own a ThruNite T1 and am delighted to report the Wowtac W1 is comparable to my old favorite! Slightly smaller, it's more of a "thrower", so even though not nearly as bright as the T1 it appears brighter at the most common distances between 8 and 20 feet, with a nice white light that isn't ...

Defective light
My son was looking for a flashlight that would be small enough to put in his pocket everyday, and stand up to teen use. We aren't huge flash light nerds, but like something with good bang for your buck. I have several thrunight products and hadn't honestly heard of Wowtac, but for the price the spec...

A great value when you compare dollars to lumens!
The facts: 6 modes, which includes firefly (0.5 lumens), low (12 lumens), medium (60 lumens), high (197 lumens),turbo (562 lumens), and strobe (150 lumens). Runtime ranges from as long as 29 days in firefly mode to 1 minute in Turbo mode. The fun: It's IPX 8 which means waterproof to 4 feet or so. T...

A great light for the money. Strong recommend.
I ordered this to replace my Olight baton mini. This is larger and basically looks to be the same as the original baton or at least very similar. Turbo is very bright. The light has good spill and throws well up to 75m-100m. It will light up a very respectable field of view given its size. Has Firef...

Here’s how to turn a 4-star light into a 5:
First, let’s get to the headline: As an LED flashlight collector of 17 years, the WowTac presents the best value of any torch I have yet evaluated. At $20 it’s a steal. However, if you are developing a flashlight interest that may just turn into a brightly burning hobby, there’s a couple of reasons ...

Wowtac W1 Review ($19, 562 Lumen, 16340, EDC Budget Flashlight)
My conclusion is that the wild tach w1 is another good budget EDC light from my attack, especially if you're onner see in small EDC lights at this price point of around $ 25 for a complete kit, including the battery and charger. It's a good value and pretty easy to recommend to people I do wish they had a neutral white option and it'd be awesome if they'd include a USBC instead of micro SBC, as a really would set it. Apart from the competition of this standpoint, the beam pattern here isn't my favorite for it being an EDC light with it being a little bit more of a thrower than a small area, flood typically most useful for EDC flower, lower outputs, but spill here isn't super useful Cut those lower outputs if you turn the light a little bit brighter, I think it works as an EDC

Similar in size to Olight' S1R II, but better Value
I wanted a 16340 rechargeable battery, user friendly interface, USB port in a small package. I do have a S1R baton II which sits on my nightstand but I don't like the S1R's proprietary battery and recharging cable. The Wowtac W1 allows me more versatility on the go and I can use many different 16340...
