Tissot PRX

This one was a recent purchase and it’s a great value watch. I bought one for my father and my to be brother-in-law. It’s a nice way for the men in the family to stay connected. Tissot PRX Powermatic.

So no paper work other than manual in torn box…stickers on watch obviously replaced and one link was scratched a fair amount…I took three links out anyway so not a problem. Everyone's right, that dial is killer. Tissot PRX Powermatic 80.

The watch is gorgeous and lives up to every review I’ve read. That said it arrived having already been sized, worn and obviously returned. There was no protective plastic on the dial, clasp and bracelet. This was not and inexpensive purchase and I expected better.

- Save a big chunk of that budget by going with Tissot. I think their powermatic 80 line offers the best bang per buck in this price range and you get really good specs. If you like the looks of the Aikon you can check the Tissot PRX for $675

When I received this watch, the protect plastics seemed to have been peeled prior, and there were scratches on the bracelet. This leads me to believe that I received a returned item. I will not be purchasing anymore watches on Amazon, its always a hit and miss.

For my 16th birthday I really wanted to get myself a nice watch to start a collection and get myself into the world of watches. Being a teenager, I didn't have the biggest of budgets and I have been doing countless hours of research for the past month so that I could make the perfect purchase. Eventually, towards the start of June, I came across the Tissot PRX, and I immediately fell in love.

great watchbut it came without any buffering material:( there was just one plastic bag and inside was the watch. No idea if it incurred shock or impact during transportation or if damaged!

Feel like the Tissot PRX is a great one, within price range and has a classy look and well regarded in the watch community typically.

I have a "bit-more-than-modest" watch collection; everything from budget Pagani-type pieces on up to about the $1,200 range and I appreciate, but don't seek out more expensive watches ($2k and up). I prefer a well-rounded collection of everyday pieces between $200-$600 that I could easily replace if...
