I have recently upgraded but ran used Thrustmaster gear (T-500 then TS-PC) for years with no issues, they are a fair step above the logitech equivalent so if you can get a TM base plus load cell pedals that would be my recommendation. Also check out forums for used gear, this hobby has people upgrading all the time so there are sometimes bargains to be had.

If pc i would recommend a Thrustmaster TS PC racer with the T LCM pedals . I did that upgrade recently and totally worth it. Fanatec is not available in my country so I didn't do much research about it..

Thrustmaster TS PC racer. That's what I had on my rig before upgrading to the DD1. The TSPC is still impresses me for what it is. If the T300 is close to it then I think you'd be happy with that if it's more affordable.

Positive : The wheel looks and feels nice. When it actually works it is fun and has a decent amount of power. Agiin, go loadcell if you're any kind of serious. A lot of people will recommend Fanatec because name but I've heard too many stories of them treating customers like ass (especially US customers) so I personally would not get into their ecosystem or support a company that abuses it's position. Thrustmaster make a few step up wheels to that G29 (T300 is a step up or TS-PC is even bigger up) or if you're ready to go DD, there's LOTS of non-Fanatec choices that are excellent and treat you better.
