For an F1-style wheel on a budget, I’d recommend a Thrustmaster T300RS and a Thrustmaster Open Wheel add on. If you’re on Xbox, then get a Thrustmaster TX Ferrari 458 edition and the same Thrustmaster Open wheel add on. If you have the budget for it, I’d recommend a wheel stand as well, as it’s much more convenient and supports the wheel and pedals in one unit.

I'd recommend Assetto Corsa, it's pretty realistic and has both road cars and race cars. If you want a good wheel, I'd recommend the T300RS. Bought one of those three years ago and I'm still using it today.
