 It'S percussive, meaning that it goes 16 millimeters. Deep into the muscle tissue - and you can really feel it like just digging in there uh, you know loosening up all those knots so yeah, it's got a really nice grip. As you can see, you can adjust the handle right here as well. So the angle at which you want to use it, it's got a force, meter readout on the screen

* First, stop using the Joycons as they offer absolutely no support and are the furthest thing from ergonomic. Binbok Joycons or Hori Split Pad Pro are both fantastic choices that are around $50 and are much more comfortable and supportive than Joycons. I recommend the Binboks, they tend to be a little buggier but Hori doesn’t support button mapping, which brings me to point 2.

<p>The thing is, i have nerve inflammation so my hands/fingers hurt and are pretty weakish, they can&#39;t keep up with too much extreme button mashing or continuous input (think holding the trigger down 90% of the time in a racing game for example) but obviously its still fun to play games!</p>

Hey guys, I finally got a Switch, i have an autoimmune disease that messes with my hands, recommend me some less mechanically intense/casual games to look for!

 It'S like a little lighter, so the center of gravity is like down here towards this end, and it's like very ergonomic. It'S it's really nice to hold, and it's just a joy to use. It also has the ability to change the head of this change the direction. So if you push this button up here, it'll snap into four different positions which can help you definitely reach areas of your body more efficiently or if you're, using this on another person, it makes it easier to hold

 The handle back here. This part is actually kind of light. It'S like a little lighter, so the center of gravity is like down here towards this end, and it's like very ergonomic. It'S it's really nice to hold, and it's just a joy to use

 So that's why athletes all over the place are going crazy about. These massage guns is because you don't have to pay for a masseuse or spend a lot of time like preparing an ice bath or something you can just literally just turn it on and and start sending blood to those muscles relaxing. And it only takes a few seconds. It saves a lot of time prevents a lot of injuries

 When you warm up train, do whatever you have to do and then use it for a few minutes when you cool down and recover right after, let's take a look around the device, it's got three grips here, which is very helpful for reaching different areas of your Body the quality is very nice. There'S like there's a nice rubberized mat quality here, there's nice little very quality, sturdy plastic from theragun branding, it's a good weight. The handle back here. <p>Edit: thanks for all the responses. Got just about every answer at some point. For anyone curious, I went with the Achedaway Pro at $300. The main reasons were quiet sound and a larger amplitude of the pulses.</p>

Worth getting massage gun?

 I am unable to stall the motor, the heads are on the softer side which lessens the blow of the message which make it bearable. 2.The adjustable head help with behind the body locations. 3

Massage guns help me when I experience sore muscles.  This is my 3rd one in little over a year. The first one was kinda heavy, bulky and traditionally designed. The motor started to bogs down after a year to the point that I can stall the motor

Massage Guns worth the hype?

This product offers a low value proposition with so many competitors available.

PsoRite Paoas relief tool. I also use to get at trigger points along my lumbar spine. Never travel without it…

Tens unit, also bought off of Amazon. It’s been a game changer when I have a disc flair up. 

Tempur bar, mine is 80lbs. I lay it on my flexors and adductors when my back has them flaired up and tight. 

TheraGun massager. They’re around 500-600$ but, the company refurbishes them and sells directly on EBay…can get for around 200$! 

Hey, I'm looking for things that might help me cope with my leg/arm/back/jaw pai, maybe even things that might improve pain. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks beforehand. :)
