Tens unit, also bought off of Amazon. It’s been a game changer when I have a disc flair up.

This is what it looks like i've had it for about a month now, and so i just wanted to do an initial review and just comparing it to my experience with some some of the other premium, massage guns on the market. Prior to getting this, i had the tim tam power massager pro with the heated tip, and i love that thing like. It worked tremendous and everything, but the the heated tip for whatever reason stopped working on me uh. So i sent it back to them and uh

 It'S percussive, meaning that it goes 16 millimeters. Deep into the muscle tissue - and you can really feel it like just digging in there uh, you know loosening up all those knots so yeah, it's got a really nice grip. As you can see, you can adjust the handle right here as well. So the angle at which you want to use it, it's got a force, meter readout on the screen

* First, stop using the Joycons as they offer absolutely no support and are the furthest thing from ergonomic. Binbok Joycons or Hori Split Pad Pro are both fantastic choices that are around $50 and are much more comfortable and supportive than Joycons. I recommend the Binboks, they tend to be a little buggier but Hori doesn’t support button mapping, which brings me to point 2.

Hey guys, I finally got a Switch, i have an autoimmune disease that messes with my hands, recommend me some less mechanically intense/casual games to look for!

 It'S like a little lighter, so the center of gravity is like down here towards this end, and it's like very ergonomic. It'S it's really nice to hold, and it's just a joy to use. It also has the ability to change the head of this change the direction. So if you push this button up here, it'll snap into four different positions which can help you definitely reach areas of your body more efficiently or if you're, using this on another person, it makes it easier to hold

 The handle back here. This part is actually kind of light. It'S like a little lighter, so the center of gravity is like down here towards this end, and it's like very ergonomic. It'S it's really nice to hold, and it's just a joy to use

 So that's why athletes all over the place are going crazy about. These massage guns is because you don't have to pay for a masseuse or spend a lot of time like preparing an ice bath or something you can just literally just turn it on and and start sending blood to those muscles relaxing. And it only takes a few seconds. It saves a lot of time prevents a lot of injuries

 When you warm up train, do whatever you have to do and then use it for a few minutes when you cool down and recover right after, let's take a look around the device, it's got three grips here, which is very helpful for reaching different areas of your Body the quality is very nice. Theragun Pro Review - Is Theragun the KING of Massage Guns?

 My fiancé had lower back surgery that could of left her paralyzed. But thanks to Vanderbilt Hospital, Dr. Byron Stevens, & the Theragun pro I have managed to keep her in less pain than she would otherwise experience. The ease of use & the effectiveness in practice is what makes this product so viable

 It has given my hands a rest as it has continued to provide comfort & relief. Very grateful for my theragun pro!

An amazing recovery tool

The massager itself is great, does exactly what they say it does, no arguments there. Their customer service is horrible. Great product, but some of the worst customer service I’ve come across.

My wife has the most expensive hypervolt and she likes it, I have the latest theragun pro and it’s great too. Bother were super expensive.  

That’s my recommendation.  As for if it helps, I like it to loosen up my legs   I don’t expect it to do much , but I enjoy it

I received a theragun mini as a gift and I use it all the time because it’s in my gym bag.
