However, this device does not feel quite as forceful in comparison to the overall award winner. Featuring a brushless 24V motor with Quiet Glide technology, this powerful unit hovered in the mid-range when it came to decibel testing. We would have expected that it came with a carrying case to hold its five attachments and charging cables; however, accessories like extra batteries and a carrying case are available for purchase through Hyperice. The packaging includes a booklet with recommended routines and strategies, though the device lacks any user interface other than a variable speed setting. There's no doubt this unit is a solid performer, but cheaper alternatives offer similar performance.

 It does have a lower stall force than several devices that i've reviewed that are actually smaller than this, so a little bit disappointing there. I wish it had a case. I say this with every hypervolt but huge, miss just hyperice, please one of these days. Please just give us the case: we're paying 200 can't cost you that much to include the case, so we don't have to carry around all this stuff in separate pouches and cases that we have to find on our own

 So you might not necessarily be someone that is going to stall it, but i just want to show that even on my arm here, i can install it pretty easily go to the next speed here and again it does have some lights that are indicating the speeds On the side here, so this is the second speed again relatively easy to stall. Just show it here now, with this 10 millimeter stroke length on it. For me personally, it just feels a little bit more vibrational, i'm someone that does like a longer stroke length, but this is very similar to their other devices in terms of stroke length. So just there's the stall force there again and then lastly, we'll go up to the highest speed here and we'll just show that still force as well

Hypervolt Go 2 Review

 This severely limits the maneuverability and is just altogether annoying - sometimes even painful - if you turn it too high accidentally while working a more sensitive area. Which leads me to…  2. As a bit of context on this one: I *love* extremely deep tissue massages; I’m 6’3” and 200lbs and can never find a massage therapist that can get as deep as I’d really like. That being said, the intensity levels are quite high

That being said, the intensity levels are quite high. If they’d simply included a dial with notches at three levels so folks can self-select their perfect speed, this would be a perfect product.  In the end, you’re stuck with three intensities/speeds and just about every use results in an inadvertent jump up to the highest intensity due to the multifunction button location

  The massager itself does feel quite nicely made! I don’t mean to be all negativity, but I get irked when an otherwise solid product is hampered by something as simple as not having a usability design expert assessment before going to market

 It would have been a great addition to have for this, but honestly, it's a pretty nice overall, fairly minimal setup. The hypervolt go definitely takes after the look of its older brothers with an l-shaped type outline. However, it does have a little bit more of a modern look and feel to it compared to the others, because it has more curved edges. And i honestly prefer this look over the the basic design of the hypervolt and the hypervolt plus, which honestly is fairly plastic

Hypervolt Go Review | Best Small Massage Gun For Travel?

If you're used to the standard Hypervolt, lower your expectations, a lot. We'll move past the fact that it only comes with 2 attachments. The motor is very weak, and regularly slows down to a near halt until I ease off on the pressure. The power button doubles as the intensity button, which is fine, but it's covered by a firm rubber cover which makes depressing it for two seconds to turn the unit on quite an exercise in thumb strength

 That'S curious, but i would recommend just checking out that first review video just to see my initial reaction to that first device so again to turn it on the first speed you just quick press, this trigger button. It comes on and actually now it is sounding a little bit quieter than the first time, but so this is the lowest speed speed one of three just gon na test the stall force again here, hoping it's higher, and it's not again. If i float kind of my muscles it's good, but if i put any sort of pressure on it, it's stopping so try it on the higher speed here. This is two go all the way up to three and it's stalling, and now it's getting loud again and so again i do think it's just this attachment head, that's making most of the noise, so i'm going to try just spinning it here and see if that Changes anything accidentally turned it off, so it's still making noise

 So you see it's got the yellow ring, so it's not a fully charged battery, so i am definitely going to try fully charging it and see if that changes. But i do just want to see how this compares to the last one that i reviewed straight out of the box. So here you go turn it on, and this is much much quieter than the one that i had last time again. Those of you that saw that review the first thing i noticed when i turned it on it - was super loud and like a loud clicking noise

 Someone in the comments on my initial review - video just mentioned that, because my device was not fully charged, that's why the stall force wasn't as high. They said that they were getting a higher stall force than what i was once they fully charge their device. So that's what i'm hoping for here, i'm hoping that's all the issue was but we'll check it out and then i will review some of the other features and specifications of this device. However, i will say that i'm not going to go as in depth as i did on my first review video, but i will still touch on pretty much everything just for anybody

Stalls out easily

 Some are not so great, i mean you can find them very cheap, but usually get what you pay for. So i wanted to review the hypervolt go a little bit and talk about some of the features of this. This gun. First of all, it's small like this is one of the smallest massage guns that i've seen and, and that makes it really useful - i mean you can take it places it's not as bulky using

 It makes me pretty dizzy, but it has a lot of percussion and you can get deep into some of those some of those tight muscles. I might just spend a little time here doing this and uh and it's pretty pretty useful. A lot of those bulky ones are kind of hard to use on yourself, and this is uh fairly small and easy to maneuver around i mean you can use this on anything. So hypervolt go it's a great massage gun i've

 If you want to use the uh more trigger point, um head uh, it's it's pretty intense. This is uh the same. These two both come with the hypervolt 2.0 that we also carry um, but it it gets pretty deep in there i mean i was using this uh, this trigger point head and yeah

Hypervolt Go Percussion Massage Gun Review

 Once attached, it makes waaaay more noise then the bullet tip, which I think it could be do to the rubber piece on that particular attachment making contact with the gun. Possibly, it could be a design flaw with that particular tip, because the bullet tip attachment is supper quite and without issue.  Overall: Its a great place to start for a beginner lvl massage gun. Also, if your not packed with a ton of muscle, its a great place to start :) $199 good buy!  Note: I dont work for anyone of these companies to promote products

Okay, so this is my first massage gun ever and I gave it 4 stars for these reasons: 1. Simple design, lightweight with great build quality and comfortable grip. It definitely fills great in your hands, with the power button on the hand grip.

 NOTE: This is my first massage gun, I dont know how other guns feel or how much pressure you can apply to them before stalling...

I wouldn't recommend this particular massage gun. I would just got for the pro that would allow you to apply way more pressure if needed, without you having to worry about stalling in getting those deep hard to reach places. 3. You can take it with you easily, being that it's small enough to fit in any gym bag, without issue

 Although the dual purpose Power/Speed switch works well, it would help if the instructions explained it better. The first time I used it I thought I had a defective device. The Hyperice GO is a very good and durable massage tool. The smaller size and weight than the larger models is really ideal to hold for longer periods of time. It works a long time on a single charge and has 3 speeds. The only thing I would caution is that even the lowest speed is a little too intense for me on a wrist, knee area etc

 Even at its lowest (the only setting I really use), this is too intense for use on certain areas of the body, such as feet, neck, and shoulders. It also takes some getting use to the vibration in the handle, and it's a bit loud. But if you don't mind a deeper massage and are in it mostly for your legs and hips, I would definitely recommend despite these drawbacks.
