* Last just make sure your arthritis care is thorough. I highly recommend using a Theragun or another percussive massager on a daily basis - this has been life changing for me. But microwave arthritis gloves (big cooking mit looking things that you heat and wear for ten mins a day) available on Amazon and Voltaren arthritis gel (available at any drug store) are fantastic as well.

Worth getting massage gun?

I’m obsessed with my theragun and recommend it to everyone. I hate foam rolling (not for any logical reason it’s just annoying and I don’t like doing it) so definitely needed something to replace that, and it’s been excellent.

May be too vigorous

Bought the Pro version for my wife. It’s too harsh for her to use. She likes the ability to change the angle and two comfortable places to hold it. Im likely sending it back because it hurts her mor than helps.
