New bike day, after 20 years riding the same bike.
4) The Tarmac SL7 Comp: the one I bought. I also loved this bike, it was smooth riding but a little stiffer, you lean forward a little more than with the Aethos so you are in a more aggressive position.
Trek Emonda or Canyon Ultimate?
This is the only serious negative thing I can say about the bike. \- every once in a while I wonder what it would be like to ride the Aeroad or another aero bike like the Tarmac SL7 or Madone.

Aethos vs Tarmac SL7 Framesets
I own a Tarmac SL7 and I've demo'd the Aethos. If you spend a lot of climbing, you'll absolutely notice the lightness in the Aethos. It's kind of magical.
6'4" 178lbs - should I go 58cm or 61cm? 2022 BMC Teammachine
My old Tarmac SL7 61 was a great fit! Currently on a 61 checkpoint from trek and it’s a great fit too.

Looking for a road bike in the $3000-4000 range and am getting option paralysis
I recently purchased a bike where I was ready to spend up to $8500 (taxes included). I was pretty sure that the Ultimate/Aeroad, SuperSix, Addict RC, TCR, and TeamMachine were great bikes I loved, and some of them probably logically better options (especially in value) than the bike I bought (Tarmac SL7 Pro). But in the end, I bought the one my heart told me to, and it was the best decision I made.
What would be your dream bike ? I need inspiration 😅
\- Specialized Tarmac SL7 just like that. \- Scott Addict. I really don't like green, but these bikes are beautiful.
