I have had this product for less than a year. It is great when you travel as you don't have to remove your laptop at TSA station at airports making it very convenient. Storage is adequate although a pocket in the main compartment has an elastic strap that things do tend to slip out off.

On all three the shoulder strap split a the top seam - probably didn't do an overlock stitch on the fabric ends before sewing things into the strap.

No need to take your laptop out when going through airport security in the US. More than enough room for my macbook air in the laptop compartment. The main compartment is roomy. One small inner zipped compartment for things you don't want to slip out.
