Spyderco Tri-Angle Sharpmaker

This product is just fantastic in just a few minutes.

I'm a big fan of the Spyderco Sharpmaker. It's pretty versatile, easy to use, low maintenance, and it packs up nicely for taking on a trip or even storage.

ETA: it can handle serrations, recurves, etc.

Honestly, after years of using a KME, just pick up a spyderco sharpmaker. Takes a lot of the guess work out. Even though it still counts as "hand sharpening", it's "semi-guided" and it's SO fast and easy to whip out and use and put away. I love my KME but sometimes I'm really just not in the mood to deal with clamps and angles and playing tetris to fit it back in its box.

Spyderco sharpener is good like the other comments said, or a lot of people seem to like the lansky sharpening system, if you’re new to sharpening and don’t wanna mess with wet stones just yet
