And you'll save a few hundred bucks not having to buy microspline hubs, a 12-speed chain, 12-speed shifter, and 12-speed derailleur. 11-speed stuff is very reasonably priced right now. Also, 203mm rotors and 4-piston hydraulic brakes are nice. Shimano Deore is a great budget-friendly option that doesn't sacrifice performance.

Bought this to replace the one on my bike, this is the oem part. After 6 months of extremely hard use and neglect I gave up trying to tune it and bought all new components. Now it shifts like brand new, I’m not sure if my old one was worn out but it had been bent ect, I may have adjusted it incorect...

I see you have xtr derailiures so Deore m6000-3 is the best you can get new. This uses hollowtech ii bb.

This was easy to install on my bike. Pretty easy to get dialed in when I went from a 3x9 to a 1x10. I am real happy so far with my choices in gear for this conversion I did.

It serves me decently, but when my local trails get really technical, Im having a hard time getting grip pedaling up rocky hills and the travel is a bit small for the trails. I think a bike with around 150mm travel could be pretty good, dont want one with much less travel than that.

Upgraded a Tourney TX with this Deore and it was a very worthy upgrade! No more chain slap and more precise shifting.

Deore M6100, any day of the week. Or if you don't want to spend $ upgrading your hub, 11-speed M5100 with the 11-51T cassette (also no special chains in that case!). The Microshift stuff is interesting for drop bar bikes, but you don't care about that. Quality is on par with SRAM NX; Shimano Deore will be way smoother.

I'd go for the Shimano Deore drivetrain over SRAM SX Eagle based on reliability. Their better 11-50t derailleurs are great as are their cheaper 11-42t derailleurs but that spec in particular (their cheapest 11-50t) seems to have a lot of problems. You can swap on a GX derailleur though.
