I've tried to adjust the rear volume up to see if this did anything but it doesn't seem to have any effect either. The soundbar is connected to a Samsung Q60 TV using the ARC setup. Things like Dolby Atmos work, but it also seems that voices get a bit low, and explosions and so on are very loud. I read that Standard Mode doesn't utilize all the channels so I haven't been using that.

Does anyone know the full specs of the Samsung Q990B and the LG S95QR? I'm really intrigued with S95QR IMAX Enhanced and total wattage (810?), but history shows that Samsung will be better.

This was at the low to mid point in pricing. The sound quality is acceptable as an adjunct to your tv's internal speaker but if you think this will provide a rich sound.. it doesn't.
