 - The various modes are nice. I especially like that intermittent mode that goes up and down. - Having a timer is better than I expected. I like to go to sleep with the fan on but it's nice to be able to time it to shut down after x amount of time

 I will probably run the fan all night this summer but for now, when it sometimes gets a bit cooler in the night, it's nice to have the option. The media could not be loaded. PROS : - The look of the fan is fairly neutral & that's nice. It doesn't clash with or stand out too much in any kind of decor (other than maybe really dark decor). -I waited over a week to review it & it's working great as far as cooling

 While those feel like you're moving the room temperature air, this unit really makes it feel like it has somehow drastically cooled the air. I could point a box fan on me at the highest setting (which is incredibly loud) and get maybe the same effect as running this unit on it's low (and very quiet) setting.  The reason for 4 stars, however, is just hours after getting this set up the unit is squeaking loudly with the oscillating feature. I have this positioned in a corner where the oscillating isn't totally necessary right now so it's still useable, but I feel like the loud squeaking basically removed the oscillating feature entirely if I were to want to move this to another area and use that setting

 I would only see being able to use the oscillating feature if I were away from the unit and using it to help redirect air to cool down or air out a room for when I return, otherwise the squeaking is so obnoxious and distracting I could not see being able to use it while in the same room.  I am very interested in replacing all my box fans with this fan (or a similar tower fan) but am concerned about the squeaking of any additional units. This may be easily solved with some WD40 if I were to take the time to inspect the unit and find what part is creating a squeak, but I shouldn't be having to fix a feature just hours after using it for the first time.

 I have so far only used the "nature" setting in my living room that is supposed to make it feel more like a natural wind/breeze and actually got so cold from it that after bundling under heavy blankets I had to turn it off because I was way too cold, and I run incredibly hot so this really impressed me.  The fan is just that, a fan, but the airflow this puts out is clearly far superior to the big, loud box fans I have. Makes air feel cold

We've always had the worst luck with tower fans. Either it leans like crazy (after several attempts of simple installation) and the tower itself oscillates between no air and hot air. I went with the reviews and took a chance on this one because I needed something tall, slim and workable for cooling an entire room. There is genuinely cool air coming out of this fan so that's awesome

Actually Cool Air

I like sleeping in the cold but I couldn't touch the thermostat, so I bought this at one of my first purchases ever I really liked it. It was huge, on the 3rd fan setting my hair blows halfway across my small room, and it always cold now! The only problem I have is with the noise of course it's a giant fan but it gets annoying hearing what sounds like a ps4 starting up on 3rd mode besides that I absolutely enjoy it and it's totally worth the buy especially in the 97 degree weather!
