I would occasionally get this on my Nixeus edg 27 when I left my monitor on with desktop background. It always went away though after using monitor for a couple minutes, I wouldn't worry to much about it as it should go away.

Aside from response times, the NX EDG 34s performs well in several other areas. No issues with input lag outstanding uniformity, decent brightness and a great contrast ratio factory calibration is mediocre, but the bare-bones are there for a decent calibrated experience with a touch of wide gamut on the side.
