Not compatible with many commonly used programs

This thing is not compatible with many programs. Dropbox, Techsmith, Brother printer, RingCentral, etc. We've had to change how we utilize our everyday programs because of these computers. I was really disappointed and surprised at that because of this being a Microsoft product.

Nice battery life and east to use once you get used to it.

Great computer, but takes some getting use to the dual interface between tablet and pc. Doesnt come with a 3.5mm headphone jack, nor do the attachments unless you purchase the single attachment specifically for the 3.5mm jack.
