Poor design for stemware

The design of this machine does not allow wine glasses or other stemware to be held in place to be washed. Contact with LG service and letters to their president remain unanswered.

The angled dividers make dishes difficult to load and the machine is installed flush with the countertop which makes it impossible to read ‘END’ when the the cycle is over.
