The model I received does not come with backlit keyboard and internal battery(#1). In fact the external battery(#2) barely last for 2 hours, which is contrary to the specification given. Otherwise the laptop is neat and works perfectly well.

Not professionally cleaned as stated.

First day out of the box, it appears to work fine. It shows a little wear but is acceptable. My only issue is the keys were sticky, there were drink splatters and hardened crud on the screen. It wasn't even wiped down, forget "professionally cleaned". I would still call it a good value product.
