Does not charge with the Lenovo Thinkpad docking Station

I don't mind too much the USB-A 2 port, as I always have a mouse or a microphone to connect to it, but it seems kind of pointless to not simple use a 3.1 port. Performance wise it is very very fast. Even just 8 Gb of RAM it feels fast, quiet and cold

Hello everyone! I want to buy a laptop for programming (mainly web development) that works fine on debian / ubuntu / derivatives. I looked through the list of certified Linux hardware and i found a Dell laptop that fits with my budget. I was reading on this forum and the Internet and i saw that Lenovo thinkpads are a good option, especially for the price. I looked in Mercado Libre which is the "Amazon" here in Argentina, and I found these three laptops. One is the dell certified by ubuntu and the others are two thinkpads from lenovo. The price is similar but the lenovo laptops have i7 1165g7 and ryzen 7 4700u, and the ssd has double space. Considering that, the best option might be one of the Lenovo laptops, but I want to be sure that they works well with Linux in general. Sorry if I expanded too much, but I wrote a post two days ago and I don't want to repeat myself or continue to bother. Then I will leave the links of the laptops in the store. I ask for your help to decide :)

Which of these laptops would you choose?

Seal broken... hopefully not tampered with.

Looking for an all-rounder capable of single and multithreaded coding for data analysis, complicated CAD drawings, graphically intense work (VR simulations), and games when I'm stuck in a hotel on work trips.  Ideally, I want a good human interface when I am using it as a laptop and the option to hook it up to a multimonitor KVM battlestation when I am working at home.  

I had my heart set on getting a Stellaris 15 from Tuxedo computers, then I realized that the keyboard only comes in ISO.  I sent a query to the sales folks at Tuxedo to confirm this: 

&gt; "Unfortunately this is not possible. The two Stellaris are only available as ISO variants. You are welcome to create an individual ISO keyboard variant, but it is unfortunately not possible to get the ANSI variant with the Stellars laptops." 

This feels like a dealbreaker for me.  My current work notebook is a System76, but it looks like they have nothing above 1080p displays.  Same thing with Juno computers.  Are there any alternatives out there that I'm missing that have the power I need with the features I want?

Realistic budget is &lt;$3k, but for the sake of learning, please assume that budget is not an issue.
