Lavatools Javelin Pro Duo

I got a Lavatools Javelin PRO Duo when the Thermapen Mk4 was sold out a while ago. I would absolutely recommend either one of them. It's like Staub (Javelin Pro Duo) vs Le Creuset (Mk4). Both are amazing!

I loved this tool while it functioned. But it suddenly stopped working after about 1.5 years. I'm trying to make a warranty claim, but I'm not hopeful based upon reviews. I will update this with the outcome.

Takes awhile to settle on a reading. When I did an ice water test, it was off by +4 degrees. Either I got a bad one of it's a knock off. Too late to return.
