Based on my experience, I definitely recommend the iBBQ 4T. The ease of setup, accuracy of probes, and flexibility.

Overall, I think it's a really great thermometer, man.

I use an Inkbird IBBQ-4T. It's been reliable for the past 7 months and still going strong. I prefer WiFi over Bluetooth because with WiFi you can check the app anywhere you have an internet connection, so you can run some errands or go hang with the family and still be able to monitor and get alerts. Whereas a Bluetooth probe is only good as long as you're within Bluetooth range.

(and I can't afford a Fireboard). * The ThermoPro TP20 can withstand over 716F, which is nice, but isn't wifi enabled and has no app. * The InkBird IBBQ 4T comes with 4 probes, but also has a slightly higher max temp rating of 572F, but the app reviews are atrocious. * The MEATER+ has the best app reviews and seemingly best wifi capabilities, but the max temp it can withstand is only 527F.

I use an Inkbird IBBQ-4T for my probes, and then one of their folding rechargeable instant reads. They have both worked great for me.
