KLYMIT Static V2 Sleeping Pad Review
Hey there Wayne Jennings here, I recently upgraded from my traditional self inflating sleeping pad to something that's, although a little more pricey, definitely a little smaller. This is the climate static, v2 air mattress, let's check it out.
What temp can you really take the Klymit Static V2 down to? Wondering if it'd be good enough for a 3 season, west coast backpacker and if I need to splurge for more. Would supplement with a CCF pad when necessary.
I just got a Klymit V2 for my partner and he likes it. We took it for a short trip to upper Priest Lake in Idaho and he was pretty toasty at about 35-37 degrees (he is a hot sleeper and also paired it with a Teton Leef 0 and long underwear if that helps). Later, I tried it with a 20 degree bag and thermals.
Peferct for lightweight hiking!

I move quite a bit at night, but wake up rested with no soar shoulders when i use this pad. I can't recomm...

It’s also incredibly inexpensive, only costing $89, ...
