 Amid sir, you have to switch to hand mixer. Perhaps this is the reason why some users have luck with bread dough while others don't. This is not a Senate run, it forget its stand. Mixer, you can leave it for a while, but don't do another chore and come back to it and expect a perfect mixture fiercely the bowl does not turn automatically

The Hamilton Beach classic stand, mixer has six speed. Setting plus a quick burst feature for added speed. However, there doesn't seem to be much difference between speed settings. The difference becomes less noticeable as you go higher on the settings

 That said, it is very light weight and easier to store than the expensive mixers since the mixer can be unattached from the stand. It gets the mixing done without making the mess that handhelds make. Overall, it works good at a bargain price.

I purchased this because I wanted a stand mixer but did not want to dish out the money for the expensive ones. It works well enough, but the attachments do not move because the mixer is removable into a handheld. The bowl part rotates with you being able to manually move the bowl side to side to try and get the entire bowl mixed. I have to stop it several times throughout the mixing process to scrap the sides into the middle to ensure every part gets mixed

I really liked this mixer. I purchased it before thanksgiving because I wanted to bake several cakes and breads for the holidays. I have used it about six or 7 times since November. It mixes well

Good Mixer, but not durable

 It add 2 steps to add ingredients. The mixer works okay, but is not as convenient as my last one. I probably would pay more and choose another.

I like this mixer, but as the earlier reviews pointed out, you have to lift up the bowl to get the beaters to mix in what is in the bottom. The bowl can be moved from center to side with the lever. I do like this. With he Sunbeam I had before, you had to remove the bowl and move the rotating plate

 Either the bowl almost flings out because of spinning too fast, or it's too much for it and it struggles, even just going around what I am trying to mix.  If you only need it for things such as cake mixes, then this is a good, cheaper choice. The ONLY positive I have to say is that it was nice to only have to scrape the sides and not be holding the mixer in the other hand at the same time.

After having this mixer over the return date, I have realized that it is only good for the usual easy hand mixer type items.  I tried to use it for something tougher and it showed it's true colors. Good for light mixing only.

The mixer blades don’t go to the bottom of the bowl which leaves the batter half Mixed. When comparing my handheld mixer that I’ve had for years to this mixer, the blades to this mixer are much shorter, narrow and seems a low quality. I have to take the mixer from the stand and use as a hand mixer in order for My batter to be fully mixed. It’s hard to add ingredients in the mixer once it is running
