Finally after 4 days of this, they tell me to send some photos and that we can being the return process... Unless you live in a town that they offer their pick up services to (which, lets be honest, may not even exist), you are then required to donate the mattress yourself and provide them with proof!. I spent multiple days calling around seeing how I could donate my mattress. Basically, if you do not have a truck to transport the mattress, you're going to be holding onto that thing for a while.

He is \~210 lbs and I am \~155, and we're both side sleepers. We went to a couple stores and tried to narrow it down and liked both the Casper Nova Hybrid and the Nectar Lush. Those feel like a good balance between cost and comfort. We like something on the softer side (nothing too firm).

Do not buy the Casper Nova. I bought it because I’m a side sleeper, and I wake up everyday with pain in my wrists, shoulders, and hips due to this damn bed. I hate it. It’s the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept in.
