7 Best Cameras For Vlogging - 71 Tested - Spring 2022
The Canon EOS M50 Mark II is the best budget vlogging camera that we've tested. It's a highly portable and lightweight mirrorless camera, and it comes with a fully articulated touchscreen to help you monitor yourself live while recording. It also feels comfortable in the hand and has a remarkably intuitive menu system that makes it easy to go from taking stills to shooting video

RP or M6 Mark II (upgrading from G1 X Mark III)
I love the M50 for run and gun vlogging cause it’s so light and small, and has a good rotating screen. I film in 1080p so 4K is not something I need (right now). I’m not so interested in my camera bodies being futureproof since something better will always come out and tech is always changing. Right now I’m trying to find a good walk around lens for my RP.

Best cameras for Instagram in 2021
The EOS M50 II can't match the Fujifilm for lens choice but both Canon and Sigma offer a couple of keenly priced prime lenses that can give that slight background blur that helps your subject stand out. Its main advantage is a simple, primarily touchscreen-based interface that lets you get great sho...

Canon EOS M50 Mark II Review
I don't recommend the M50 for vloggers who want to record in 4K, for one. The angle of view is cropped, so you'll need to reach for the wide EF-M 11-22mm lens if you want to get decent selfie video. Dual Pixel AF is also turned off for 4K recording, so you're stuck with contrast detection for focus, a system that nets choppy results for video

Confusion on zoom lenses for 90d
The Canon EF 300mm f/4L IS USM is fantastic; my wife uses hers with her EOS M50. Nice lightweight prime, excellent image quality, and overall a great compact setup for wildlife photography, especially when hiking.

Secretly one of the best cameras on the market!
Sony has made a loud-explosive bang on the camera industry with its mirrorless full frame cameras. While the Canon M50 doesn’t offer a full frame sensor, this small mirrorless camera PACKS a FULL PUNCH! Quite possibly the most underrated, and least spoken of camera on the market today! Unlike its tr...

My selection:. Canon EOS M50.
This is a great performer and an Amazing value!
I am going to keep it simple. Buy this camera! If you want more details, keep reading :) I was hesitant in buying this camera, my main camera is a 5DS R, but I needed something small and more flexible for travel and less formal photography outings. I wanted something that would play well with my EF ...

The 6 Best Cameras For YouTube - Spring 2022
While it doesn't perform as well in low light as a full-frame camera would, both versions of the M50 offer a ton of value for their price, thanks to their 1080p video features and portable design.

Continuing with DSLR or switching to mirrorless?
The EVF on the M50 works well and isn't very different from using an optical viewfinder on a DSLR, but you get the benefit of exposure simulation - the EVF shows you a better preview of what the photo will actually look like than an optical viewfinder does. Though there is a little bit of lag, it's not insurmountable. Downsides - the M50 is not water resistant, but your 70D is (that's one reason your 70D is heavy).
