I looked up the red light. It said to vacuum the filter. I tried that. It helped only a little bit. The blue light now turns yellow, then red and keeps repeating thru those 3 colors. I'll try vacuuming the filter again. The filter is supposed to last 6 months. We've only had the 311 for 1 month.

Seems like a good product. Looks nice! And feels sturdy and solid. My unit didn't work... But it is being replaced, fuss free.
