Similar scratches all over the desk from simply placing on the desk plastic headphones, an apple mouse with the felt pads on it, a usb cable that touched the surface, etc. Absolutely unacceptable. This desk is going back. Let this be a warning to others.

I did this with my wooden table top too. I wasn't into the autonomous SmartDesk's table top because I saw some reviews that it gets scratches easily. But the standing desk frame was definitely promising.

I ordered 5 desks for the office as we've been using only these desks for two years. I received 5 chairs instead. The desks themselves are great.

With that in mind, I have essentially decided to pick up the best option (prioritizing sturdiness) I can find that doesn't have a hefty side charge (money that doesn't go into making my desk better). Ended up on Autonomous desks. To my knowledge, I have yet to see a proper Autonomous vs Deskhaus comparison, but have read comments that suggests I'll be happy with either. I can only assume its an apples-to-apples comparison with the 2 leg design options from both shops, which I'll happily settle for the SmartDesk Pro.
