Great build quality but terrible overshoot/ghosting issues
Purchase this monitor on sale on Amazon Prime day ($253). I wish I could like this monitor but sadly it wasn’t for me, I couldn’t seem to adjust to the 25” monitor after playing months on a Asus 1080p 27” TN Panel. Colors were amazing and Media consumption on this panel is very pleasant but nobody p...

**-Minimum brightness** \- Due to it being an IPS, I've increased the contrast setting significantly in the OSD. This results in the minimum brightness being significantly higher than my VA (this does vary from monitor to monitor, but the AW2521HF gets dimmer than most) and requires me to use f.lux from the Microsoft Store (HIGHLY recommended btw) to lower the brightness even further. *Quick mention: OOB colour accuracy - The AW2521HF was extremely green out of the box. After a few hours of tweaking, my final settings are R98 G82 B95.

Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor (AW2521HFL) Review
Details are sharp, and action is smooth, but colors aren’t quite as rich or as vibrant as they could have been with proper HDR processing, or simply a wider color gamut (like on the also-HDR-less Alienware 34). The Alienware 25 is a blazingly fast monitor, with its 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms input lag. Its color performance isn’t very impressive, though, and it really could have used native Nvidia G-Sync

Not a fan of the image quality. Go 1440p instead.
I may have been a little too hard giving this 3 stars. It's possible I got a less than perfect display as every monitor has a different manufacturing variable so I may have gotten a lemon. Mind you I got this on the cheap--only $315 direct from Amazon. It has some nice features though the stand is j...

I bought three AW2521HF monitors running all of them at 240hz with a RTX-2080 and two out of the three suffer greatly from what I'm now learning is called "image retention". Didn't notice it the first night I gamed on the monitor but on the second day, I noticed it when running Streamlabs OBS in window maximized mode. I'd get vertical lines across the entire display and down into the windows task bar.
Best 240 hertz monitor at this price point!!
This monitor is basically always on sale at around 300 dollars, which is a total steal for such a premium monitor. Pros: -There are no dead pixels. -No ghosting at all. -RGB on monitor stand. -no backlight bleeding -The IPS display makes the monitor feel extremely premium. -Stand offers tilt both le...

IPS impressions from a long time VA user
I also just recently switched from a VA monitor (MAG24C) to the Alienware AW2521HF. Although i don't care much about differences, i have to say that my panel has almost zero IPS glow in room lighting with black background. also when i first turned it on i didn't notice much difference with black colours or was the screen noticably green.

First jump into 240hz...So crisp and smooth
This is the first monitor I have ever played on with a 240hz refresh rate, so that being said I do not have any previous experience to compare with. I went from a 32inch 2k 75hz monitor and I was a bit worried leaving behind the higher resolution. Due to the smaller screen size this was not much of ...
