I've narrowed my choice for new monitor to the Acer XF250Q , Acer XFA240 , BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P , and LG 24GL600F, all of them are similar price and seem like they are good for FPS games. Any input on them would be greatly appreciated.

It is frustrating to not get it all in one. For my current gaming rig I use a 24.5” Acer XF250Q 240Hz TN monitor for my main competitive shooters, with two 22.8” cheap IPS ASUS monitors I got years ago on the sides. The image quality and color on the TN is pretty bad in comparison to even my cheap IPS, but I knew that when I signed up for it (before the 240hz, 280hz, and 360hz IPS panels came out).

If you enable G-Sync, the Over Drive option is automatically grayed out and disabled. The advertised 1ms response time is only on "Extreme" Over Drive, so you can't have both G-Sync AND 1ms. Acer XF250Q Cbmiiprx is really high quality and cheap. Very bright (I believe more than 400-500 nits while not advertised as hdr).

Yes TN, but 240hz@1080p plus full-rotating stand with variable height. Viewing angles are awesome.
