I’ve fit over 3 textbooks and 4 books included what was already in my bag and there was no problem with space. I do enjoy having the designated laptop compartment due to the fact that we take our computers to school everyday and it just bring the comfort that I won’t scuff it or having the peace of mind it won’t hit the ground due to the elevated structure of the pocket.

Its a nice easy to access compartment and would definitely be a good place for sunglasses, or pencils and such. The secondary pouch section also has the red paisley lining. It has a zipper mesh section, I use this for coins, plus some pencil pockets, a large pocket and 2 other small pockets. There is also a plastic clip that would be good for keys
