 I Don't know if you guys are going to see any kind of flickering or anything like that in the camera. Sometimes video cameras react weird to the light, but this does not have any kind of flicker or anything like that. It's super bright, super clean, steady. LED light, Let me go ahead

 However, you will have to make sure just like any other glow-in-the-dark product, that it's exposed to adequate daylight, so it'll actually be charged enough to glow at night. This Lantern is also capable of an alternate configuration that's quite useful for inside your tent. you can actually remove that globe and it has a hook that pops up the bottom and you can hang it upside down and you just have that exposed LED light but it does still have a protective case around it so this is great. Like inside your camper or your tent

 You can't adjust that down depending on what you need and as I showed you earlier, it does have an emergency strobe which is very bright, but just to show you guys on the highest setting, you can see out here on my back porch. all the lights are off so it's completely dark outside, but this thing definitely throws out some serious light now.  I Basically just stuck it under a lamp for about five minutes before we came out here. so it definitely will get brighter than this if you let it fully charge. UST 30 Day Duro Lantern Review

 I really only used the lowest setting in our camper/van because the others were too bright. I'm a bit concerned about battery usage/drainage because I use this lantern only when camping.

Three brightness choices

I bought this for our camp kitchen after going through 2 less expensive lanterns from a big box store.  It is most definitely bright, but I can speak to the '30 day' claim just yet.  I can say this was used on high quite a bit over the course of a cloudy rainy 3 day trip and it did not noticeably dim.

Versatile power-saving lantern, light weight and bright! Tent light feature was cool. Recommend this lantern, it's smaller, lighter and better than any of my previous camp lanterns.

 Another thing is the battery cover is easily removed but not replaced. You have to align a tiny tooth in the bottom of the cover before twisting shut. Not a friendly design feature in my opinion.

I have been searching for the best possible gift flashlight. It's late October and if I'm gonna be buying stuff from AE I'd prefer to do it soon, just to be on the safe side for Christmas. I'm trying to really put a lot of my meager brainpower into defining what makes the perfect gift light. 

I think it needs to have on board charging, so you don't have to buy them a charger. It needs to be small. I think it can have any UI but anduril is preferred. It needs to really punch, it should be really bright. It *must* be high cri. It should have a good clip and a tail magnet. Most people probably won't carry it every day like we do, but that should be available. Occasionally you need that magnet, and when you need it, you need it. It would be nice if it came with a battery. 

Up for debate, and i really want to hear from you guys. What battery size is best? I think 21700 because i think most people are used to bulky Walmart crap and even with a larger modern battery, they will marvel at how small it is. But there is a real case to be made for 18650, its what most of us carry every day after all. Should it be a single emitter with a throwier beam or should it be a triple or quad flooder style? I think flooder is more useful, but throwier lights are more fun and more impressive. What emitter? I like the sst20 in 4000k, i think it really does a great job at making things look how they look. 

Personally, I'm going to be giving either FC11's or IF25. The FC11 is nearly perfect except it doesn't have anduril and the clip is terrible. I think all Single cell lights should have a 2 way clip. The reflector also gives you a fair bit of throw, which i like and i *think* someone brand new to modern lights would like? The if25a is really just a more approachable, bigger D4V2. However a clip is a pain to source, i robbed the clip off my SP35 and it works but it's not perfect, but because of the chamfer on the channel the clip sits in, nothing is going to really be perfect. And it doesn't have a tail magnet. So if you're like me, and you think a tail magnet is nearly a requirement, you're going to have to find and fit a magnet to it. And if i have to do these modifications, should I be looking elsewhere? Is a D4V2 really too much for someone new? But then yo get a great clip, you're having to modify something again.

What do you guys think? What have left out?

Best possible gift light?

 This is nice, it's uh usbc. It is pd compatible and the light will run while it is charging, so they tick all those boxes that people want to see really nicely. I should mention here the battery inside which i'll insert pictures of is a standard flat top cell, so nothing proprietary to buy. You should be able to find batteries for this lights for years at reasonable prices, recharging itself from low voltage protection at 2

 I won't lie if i said i did struggle with this. A bit anyways output continued to decrease and it also stabilized between 30 and 45 reload output for another four hours, total run time down to one percent. Relative output was just shy of five hours, and this light actually runs longer more like eight to ten hours, but it's in that really really low output. You know it's not going to be something you're actively, probably using it

 You get a usb a to usb c charging cable here and then just some basic reminders and start off here, along with contact information. If you have any issues or questions, let's take a look more at the light itself with construction and design. The ts21 is made from aluminum and is anodized in a variety of colors. It'S currently available in champagne, which is like a metallic tan, color metallic gray, black red, which is what i have here

 I guess it should say again: it attaches at either point you've also got that lanyard. As i mentioned, that comes in the package it can attach with the tail cap or on the clip, if you prefer that so retention is pretty good fit in the hand. Here is good for my medium sized hands: it's not too big, not too small, and this is one i can actually easy in front patents pocket, which is saying something for a 21 700 light. I measured the ts27 at 113 millimeters or 4

Wurkkos TS21 Review (3200 Lumens, SST20 90+ CRI, 21700, USB-C, Discount)

 This light here is spec the 4000k high cri variant of the sst 20s, while the cool white version of these leds would trade color rendering for an additional thousand lumens or so. This really is a ton of light coming out of a pretty small host. The light is equipped with the fet plus one driver possessing a 7135 regulator and a fet for high outputs when disconnecting and reconnecting power, the light resets to the maximum regulated output, which initially draws 345 milliamps of current and produces 126 lumens. This regulated medium level shows a very small and unnoticeable drop, just in the first several minutes, and from there remains very, even as the battery voltage falls, it should run for about 14 and a half hours and run times at lower levels will be very long overall

 The grooves on the body feel great in the hand while providing a decent grip. The pill features a few shallow heatsink grooves and a proud illuminated switch with a plastic cover. The cover has a lot of play, but the switch itself is clicky and feels pretty good to use the leds under the switch are off center and appear dimmer when viewed straight on opposite. The switch is a usbc charging port, which has an excellent rubber seal

 Today, though, it runs on a large 21700 cell, the ts21 is actually very compact, being both small and light enough that i can easily consider it to be evc worthy. It will still be a bit large for some people, but is plenty thin and light enough. For me to carry it without worry, the head is just barely wider than the body giving the light a slim tube-like shape. The build of the light is great feeling, overall slightly better than other offerings from sophone and werkos, with great machining and smooth even anodizing

 The ts21 responds very aggressively to heat accumulated in the head, and output will drop quickly on the highest levels, but it manages to hold over 2000 lumens for about 30 seconds before step down, which is pretty solid. The maximum possible output will depend on the emitters chosen. This light here is spec the 4000k high cri variant of the sst 20s, while the cool white version of these leds would trade color rendering for an additional thousand lumens or so. This really is a ton of light coming out of a pretty small host

Budget Awesome - Wurkkos TS21 [Review]

 I was not impressed. The flashlight build quality was good though. And it is a little cheaper than the Klarus. But the numbers advertised just can't be right

Turbo is not as bright as the non turbo mode of the G15 from Klaurs. Can not be 3500.

 I just want to turn it in and adjust brightness and this flash light did its job and it is super bright. The quality of the material is good it is very sturdy. The battery life is good and I love that it is usb-c charging. This is a high quality flash light and very compact, I would recommend it
