I am not kidding about that. This massage gun does more in 20 seconds then any other massager I have tried in the past.  I sometimes get debilitating leg cramps, that can last for an hour or longer. They get so bad that I can't do anything except try to rub it out by hand, and I can't walk it off, or " put some dirt on it" as they used to say

As i do quite a lot of running and having this as a tool for recovery has been incredibly useful, it mainly uses what's called percussion therapy, which is a method of inducing blood flow, rapidly into soft tissue muscles, ligaments and tendons throughout your body. With a series of concentrated pulses on one particular spot, it can relax local connective tissue and also elongates muscle fibers, which provides relief on joints and, specifically the person who invented the first theragun was a chiropractor named dr jason worthland, who was looking for some pain relief

 After a really bad motorcycle accident and ended up designing the theragum, so that's a little bit of background information behind the tech that goes into percussive therapy. Let'S start with what comes included inside the box for the renfo c3. So it comes packaged in this black zip up case that houses the renfo, with a total of six different attachments to be used for different muscle groups. These cutouts keep the different attachments nicely, tucked away so they're, not all getting mixed up when you transport it

Renpho C3 Percussion Massager Review: Better than the real thing?

 This is comes in at less and 55 decibels, which is quite common with a lot of similar items like this, but it's actually very silent. So this is level 1. I'M going to hold it a little bit closer to the microphone here and I'm gon na go all the way to level 20, but just to let you know, this has 3200 rpm, which is revolutions per minute. So that is quite a lot of vibrations and intensity, which is on par with a lot of the main mainstream, massage buns that are on the market

 So let me go ahead and see actually on level 20, how this feels so just lighting off of my arm, I'm using a hammer head at the moment. It'S actually feeling quite good. No, I can press quite hard right there on my shoulders and it's really hitting the right spot there long-term use, maybe 10 minutes I can imagine. I could feel so much better after using this now

 On the left hand, side you have the level indicator and, on the right hand, side you have the battery indicator so right now it's on four, which means 40 %, but it goes up to 1.0, which is 100 %, and this has up to 20 levels. So it's quite rare to have a lot of levels on these types of massage guns. Some of the ones I've had in the past only has three levels

 In your your hand, the grip as well. It'S got a nice little rubbery grip there on the handle. You'Ve got the light just to indicate if you're running out of battery, so you can see this is slightly coming up to ready. So it's dropped down to 20 %, so I should be getting a warning very soon to start charging it, but it feels nice, even if I use it on my legs, that's really good

Renpho Massage Gun Unboxing & Review!

We received this gun about a month ago (yes we are just outside the 30 day window, unfortunately) and the first three weeks, we LOVED it! It really does make a huge difference on aging muscles. Then last week we started to notice the battery was running low quicker than before. Then yesterday it ran out within 5 minutes of taking it off the charger and today it was down to a minute. If it lasted it would be a sure buy - but since it didn't - it's a HUGE waste of money

 We did finally hear from the company and after a week or back and forth emails they sent us a replacement. The only is is It won’t turn on. That’s right, the replacement is also broken. Avoid at all costs!

 On one of my last visits he pulled out a machine which had a small rounded head and vibrated on my tightened hips and glute. When I got home I checked for a similar device on Amazon and found the topic of massage guns. The seemingly endless array of options made me look for a solid machine at a reasonable price. The web helped me focus on the RENPRO C3 which got good reviews and at a good price

I have lower back pain which gets exacerbated by my playing golf several times a week. I go to a chiropractor and needed something to ease my tightness and pain in-between visits. On one of my last visits he pulled out a machine which had a small rounded head and vibrated on my tightened hips and glute. When I got home I checked for a similar device on Amazon and found the topic of massage guns

 I received the unit a few days ago and noticed that I had received 6 heads instead of the 4 shown on Amazon. While I have only used the large round ball, I have found it helps pin point my trigger points in my hips and glutes and provides relief, and you can feel the tightness relax. I have used it four times so far and the results have helped my golf game in keeping me looser which swinging without as much pain. This is a worthwhile investment if you need something to relax tightened muscles and relieve pain

 I mainly use the soft ball attachment. The case requires I remove the attachment to properly close the case. A redesign would allow all the attachments to be attached and the case close.  Overall, very satisfied

The case is the first to mention. Never have a purchased a vale product with such a nice case!  Ive been using the massage gun twice a day for a few days now. I am entirely satisfied with the results. Ive had a persistent shoulder issue for which ive been seeing a chiropractor for (ive regular-ed chiro care my whole life) Its been slowing getting better after the professional visits but I think this massage gun will be the reason my shoulder ceases to be a problem

 A redesign would allow all the attachments to be attached and the case close.  Overall, very satisfied. This is my 2nd Renpho product, scale being the first. Another excellent product

 You still have to address the root of the problem, which might involve you doing certain exercises and getting stronger in certain ways or moving better as well, like walking better, squatting better, cycling better, whatever activities you do that bother you need to improve somehow, and this isn't going to teach you how to do that, but in a pinch, if you're stiff constantly every day, consistently every day, if you're in that habit already of taking pain medications, this is an excellent choice and it doesn't cost that much relative to all the harmful effects that you could be going through if you're constantly taking pain medications. Or if you're buying prescription strength pain medications, it can definitely get very costly and this is definitely a more financially sound option for you. Toloco Percussion Massager - Honest Physical Therapist Review

 First, I picked up the sharper Image pro(SIP) massager from Costco for about $100. It seemed okay, although somewhat loud. After a few days, I came across this TOLOCO T11 pro massager on Amazon, and thought to give it a try, especially since it was being offered at an amazing promotion price. The regular price for TOLOCO is in the ballpark of the popular SIP, and they both offer very similar functions and form factor, so I thought it made sense to compare them side-by-side

  Size and Weight: The Toloco is almost the same size as the sharper image, though the handle is a bit thicker than the SIP. They both have about the same weight. Using either of these shouldn't be a problem for an athlete or an average person, but if you have particularly small hands or suffer from conditions that limit your grip or arm strength, you might want to get someone else to help you administer the massage.  Build Quality: The Toloco feels solidly built; there is no give or movement on any of the surfaces of the machine

 I was bothered by the noise the SIP makes starting from lower settings and getting louder as I increased the power. But the Toloco is pleasantly quiet at the lowest setting, with very small increases to the noise when increasing the power all the way up (I have uploaded a video comparing the two). SIP falsely advertises itself as whisper quiet but that is the description that the Toloco deserves. The only unexpected noise that I got on both devices was a very low volume but high frequency noise (like a hiss) that came from the display when the devices were On but idle

 I'm Updating this from 1 star to 4 stars.  Old If this lasted at least lasted a year then it would of been worth it. But not even 35 days and the battery is already dying with light usage. This is a faulty product that was recycled or very cheaply made, either way I don't recommend buying it

 It's a great relief. But one thing I found out is that I was having either leg or hip pain just because I've been working a lot. I'm sitting down a lot and then having that comfort, that massage gun at the end of the night to make sure that I have that relief. I can tell you one thing

 Now, this one is kind of the universal attachment. The attachments are just amazing. And you can use this and use it on almost any body part. And it works, right? And you can see just how easy whenever you want to switch, you just plug it in

Because this one gave me like the best massage when I actually use it, it actually feels really really nice. I can totally see how this could be actually really useful and helpful after like a long workout
