I'm in love with this massager!

The cramps happened one day at work. One of my co-workers ran out to her car, and brought this unit in. She put the large knob head on the massage and turned it on and within 30 seconds the cramp AND the pain was completely gone! I was so impressed, I ordered mine the same day for my wife and myself. Two minutes a day for both of us with the flat head, and we feel like $10,000,000 AFTER taxes

Kind of defeats the whole purpose of a massage gun. In short, switching from the Theragun Mini I already owned to the Elite was definitely not worth it and I'm not confident that Theragun is putting out a good product. Updated 2/26/22 - Theragun contacted me to replace the item and the new one is definitely quieter. It still would have been nice to avoid the troubles in the first place with better quality control

Better Options Available

I've been looking at getting a massage therapy gun for some time and finally decided to pull the trigger. Since there are tons of them out there and I'm new to this I went with the top 2 on every list I saw. I bought this Theragun Elite and the Hypervolt Plus at the same time to compare and decide which would be better for me and my wife. The Theragun Pro would be a better match for the Hypervolt as it can match the stall force of the latter, but at an extra $200 was not considered

Company is a scam

We received this gun about a month ago (yes we are just outside the 30 day window, unfortunately) and the first three weeks, we LOVED it! It really does make a huge difference on aging muscles. Then last week we started to notice the battery was running low quicker than before. Then yesterday it ran out within 5 minutes of taking it off the charger and today it was down to a minute. If it lasted it would be a sure buy - but since it didn't - it's a HUGE waste of money

Targets trigger points

I received the unit a few days ago and noticed that I had received 6 heads instead of the 4 shown on Amazon. While I have only used the large round ball, I have found it helps pin point my trigger points in my hips and glutes and provides relief, and you can feel the tightness relax. I have used it four times so far and the results have helped my golf game in keeping me looser which swinging without as much pain. This is a worthwhile investment if you need something to relax tightened muscles and relieve pain

All I ever wanted.

It arrived quickly and is SO MUCH BETTER than expected. Theragun melts away my stress, anxiety and physical tension. From doing my feet before bed, having my boyfriend use it on my problem areas, gas pains, cramps, carpal tunnel, muscle fatigue and relaxation. This had more than paid for itself since I bought it a month ago

Design

Very satisfied with quality and results.

I mainly use the soft ball attachment. The case requires I remove the attachment to properly close the case. A redesign would allow all the attachments to be attached and the case close. Overall, very satisfied

Solid device but cheap packaging

Second complaint is the storage case and the design is cheap/atrocious. Having to lift the damn flap to access the massage gun every time is a pain in the butt (thankfully the massager can work that out? :/). Not sure why they felt the need to reinvent the wheel here instead of just having the same mesh retaining pockets attached to the top side so you had clear access to the device and the attachments when you open it and they were out of the way. I almost would have preferred a bag with an inner pocket for storing the attachments
