Razer Basilisk V2 vs Vaxee Outset AX

I quickly stopped using it. I see it now as a mouse you would get for the office because you've already got a Basilisk V2/Ultimate and enjoy the shape.

For a longer hand like mine, the size of the hump is perfect, filling it out exactly how I want it to and not overlapping where my knuckles are. This allows me to have the stability of a palm grip while also allowing for better freedom of movement with my fingers.

Dunno why they just don't sell replacements or install this grip differently so that it can be replaced. Sigh.

For example Anno 1800 needs to scroll wheel button. The texture of the scroll wheel is also way too grippy, it just irritates the skin of your middle finger after prolonged use. I tried the Outset AX and while I think it probably is a better mouse overall (in terms of buttons, scroll, material etc) the placement of the scroll wheel was a little bit too low for my taste and I also accidentally clicked the nearest side button with my thumb when I played. Maybe my grip is weird, I don't know. I also prefer the EC2 grip since it is a little bit lower but at the same time I really didn't give the Outset AX a chance so maybe that opinion would have changed over time.

It's still a long way off from your desired 120g but it's a big boy for today's standards.

Vaxee makes outstanding mice. I was really impressed with my Outset AX except for a single flaw; the wheel. The wheel click is too heavy, which is a deal-breaker for me since I use the wheel click frequently in games. It is quite uncomfortable to use as well because of the dents/grooves on the wheel

I find it's just a bit to small for my hands, so if you have large hands keep that in mind. Otherwise it's a wonderful mouse.
