I couldn't convince myself to spend $70 on the olight S2R Baton but I wanted a nice purple light so I ordered this convoy S2 plus. The first time I ordered from gearbest but after a month or so it never shipped so I had to cancel and ordered it from AliExpress. First impressions are pretty positive. It feels well made I like the metal push button on the tail 

My Convoy S2+ finally arrived...I love it.

 With quick reacting, I yelled at the would be intruder and as he turned around I activated the turbo setting and immediately aimed it toward his face, to which he responded by immediately hiding his face with his hoodie. For fear that he may have had a weapon on him, I continued to shine the turbo onto him so as he would not have visual confirmation on me. As he left my front door he attempted to break into another building across the street to which, acting out of pure adrenaline I chased him across the street and this time activated the strobe light causing him to abandon his attempt and fled, still covering his face with his hood as he could not function with the strobe on him. Several other events occurred after this, but they would be irrelevant to this review

  Tonight, as I was returning home from on my nightly walks, I came across an individual who under some sort of influence, attempting to break into my apartment building's front door. I did not carry any of my usual EDCs with me as I only left for a few minutes to get some fresh air, but I always carry my Olight SR2 no matter the time of day or occasion.  In closing, in a pinch, with no other tools available, this light CAN save your life! My anecdote of today is proof of that! THANK YOU Olight for an amazing product! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family! They will not go wrong with this awesome light!

I absolutely love the size! This small light is very durable and the magnet is strong. Unfortunately the one I purchased the battery didn't last long. Only other negative I have is I wish they would incorporate a power button on the bottom. (I used it for a night fire drill and the small power on the side was annoying)

You can see, it's also got sort of some finger grooves in it, which is nice very, very ergonomically, comfortable, very comfortable in the hand

Just a nice sized flashlight feel to it and what I mean by that is: it's not narrow and small. Like a lot of 18 650s, it's not huge, like the some of the beer-can lights that are out there, a great sized light for pretty much any purpose

 All four means it's 75 % or better. Three of them means 50 to 75 %, two of them 25 to 50 %. If you just got one there, it's time to charge 10 to 25 % and then, if you're less than 10, the lowest one here will glow red so nice to know your brightness level that you're on nice to know the battery level. More importantly, nice to know the battery level that you've got left here

 With this light, you can see some of the scuffs. We were throwing it really high in the air. I mean we've done a lot of things to it and it just holds up very well in spite of the abuse that we were giving it guys. This thing is really tough, I mean we have abused this light quite a bit and I've been doing that to all the old lights just to show how really resilient they are

I mean it's really incredible now this one light in particular when I was throwing it up pretty high up in the air, it would shut off and then I would just turn it right back on, but you could see beating it against a wood post. I mean it did not shut off then, so I don't know if it was actually hitting the button or not and of course running it over with the Hummer, I mean these things are just really strong

Olight Seeker 2 Pro 3200 Lumens   Review & Torture Test

 This is flat with that center point recessed a bit. I did do the test with my Ultimator to see if there was live current here and O-Lite reduced that significantly. That flat bottom means the light tail stands really nicely. The knurling around the tail strap here is flat and not cross-tatched and very fine

 It's not a substantial upgrade in terms of performance over the R50. I do like the increased runtime and smaller size though. Currently, there's only cool white and non-high CRI LEDs being offered. That's kind of Olight's MO but I wish and hope they will change that long term

 I like the new button and external UI options. Performance wise, it's a nice, flutty beam and 3,200 lumens is really bright but with turbo only lasting two minutes and it taking such a large drop to 600 lumens on step down after a bit is a little disappointing. On this price level of light, I'd like to see active thermal regulation and not timed step downs. I'd also be happier with less overall turbo output for longer turbo runtimes

Olight Seeker 2 Pro Review (3200 Lumens, 21700, Triple LED)

 O-Lite has a new light on the market, the Seeker II Pro.

 It uses a triple LED with an optic here that you can see and a proprietary 21700 battery.

 It has a magnetic tail cap with a magnetic recharging system.

 Along with this light, O-Lite has included and announced a magnetic L bracket to mount

 this light to for easy charging of any magnetic tail cap rechargeable O-Lite.

 Thanks to SkyBin on Amazon for sending this to me to take a look at.

 So here is the packaging that the light comes in.

 It's a really impressive package at this price range.

 O-Lite always seems to do a nice job with this.

 On the front you've got the light itself, you've got the stat that it throws 250 yards,

 On the back you've got more features, statistics, and then the specification chart.

 What's neat here is this is a magnetic box and when you open it up here it kind of shows

 You've got kind of this instruction sheet on here that shows you you've got to remove

 the clear plastic piece on the battery and then how to charge it up.

 Inside here you get all the different accessories that the light includes.

 Inside accessories include the flashlight itself which I've got here in the holster

 along with the proprietary O-Lite 5000 mAh 21700 battery.

 That holster is really similar to the one the M2R came in.

 They're pretty much identical and interchangeable.

 The only difference I could find is the new light here doesn't have that grommet on it

 You get a lens cleaning cloth here which is kind of nice.

 You can use it on your flashlight but other things as well.

 Then you get the new L-Dock here and it's designed to be mounted onto a wall or something

 like that or maybe in the center console of a car and it's got two screw holes here.

 It's also got an adhesive strip there and this works really simply.

 I've got my O-Lite Warrior X here and it just attaches at the top there and then your MCC
