I have only used this pan twice and both times I lined it with parchment paper (because parchment paper is amazing). In the past I used a glass dish which took longer to bake things than most recipes listed (plus it was annoying checking it every couple of minute to make sure it didn't burn). This OXO 9x9 pan = so far, so good! This pan cooks evenly and in the timeframes listed in recipes.

I’ve been making brownies for a very long time as they are my husbands favorite. Lately, I’ve been noticing that I’ve been getting a very uneven cook using glass Pyrex or nonstick pans (outside edges burn and middle is still raw) so I bought this instead and on my very first try, my cheesecake brownies turned out PERFECT!!!
