Nikon Prostaff 3s vs Vortex Diamondback HD

While scanning for a red-tailed hawk, I spotted a bluebird on a fence post I would not have noticed otherwise because the blue stood out so well in the field of view. These are one of the top rated budget binoculars on Audubon's site and they are well worth the $116. The average bird enthusiast should be pleased with them.

Binoculars look good all accessories were included but heavily concerned that the box I received was the retail box not a brown cardboard Amazon box, retail box was not sealed, anybody could have open the product and take or change the contents. This is an expensive item, vendor should be more careful on how they ship their product

These binoculars were for my father & he’s enjoyed them immensely for the first week. Eye relief appears to be good enough for him with his glasses on & the image quality is very good.

these do not feel “cheap” in any way. And the image is great. Three position eye pieces - providing enough eye relief for eyeglass wearers, no problem. The diopter is not lockable but honestly it is a very firm adjustment - so it’s not going to be easily bumped out of adjustment accidentally
