Appalling. These bags are cheap Chinese imports hiding behind a high quality, charity supporting UK website. My bag did not include everything I had paid for, and then broke after one use. After being ignored I had to raise a Paypal dispute to get offered a refund, but I have to pay return postage, so this inferior product has cost me £4

Pluses: holds a lot, carries a 17" laptop, 3 locking compartments, load levelling straps really work well, sternum strap is movable! Minuses: hip pad, shoulder pads could be better (very good but not great), mesh back would vent off sweat

My eldest has medical issues and incontinence so the waterproof element is great for her and discreet.

Bag was comfortable and secure, travelled well around the city and doesn’t seem as big as it is. Highly recommend for travelers who want a lot of room but don’t want to check a bag. If you don’t have inserts of your own you might want to buy them to help maintain shape structure but overall highly recommended.

I travel by bike everyday to and from work 15 miles so I depend on a durable sturdy tough backpack for whatever I may need to travel with that day and so far this backpack is awesome...ive crambed it to the point I could barely put it on and its been holding up just fine
