The plastic sheath, on the other hand, is Moras best yet. The knife fits and retains well, sheath is solidly built, and has an excellent belt clip. Less functional is the belt loop option, which seems poorly placed and an afterthought. The button clip has been upgraded it seems, but that's not how I roll, so I cant say if it works

YOU need to take care of the blade on this type of knife because it is carbon steel and will rust / discolor over time without oil or an oil / wax mix for blade care. OVERALL---- I have bought several of these MORAKNIV knives of different blade pattern and have recommended them to friends because of the quality and price of these knives..

75 inches. It's a thin blade. It's only about 0.08 inches thick, so it's not a very thick blade at all

If you are going to use this for fire-starting your first step should be to grind the back to a usable shape. Handle: Cheap feeling injection molded plastic, feels like what they make molded garbage cans from. That's not a bad thing in terms of durability (garbage cans are meant to sit outside for years), but it will feel cheap in your hands. The plastic contributes to its relatively light weight

The reason I gave it four stars is after a little research I discovered that this is basically the same as the Craftline basic, the only difference being the color of the handle. If you're looking to get a Craftline mora, get the basic if you want the carbon blade, it's basically the same and it's cheaper. Overall though I'm very happy with this purchase!

I was very disappointed when this knife arrived, I had always heard good things about Not a knives, but this one wasn't very sharp when it arrived and the tip of the blade was messed up. I suppose for the price it was fine but it didn't come in in great shape. I have since sharpened the knife and ground the tip, it tooke an edge well. I like the shape of the blade and I think it will make a good utility/camp knife I just don't think out of the box it is deserving of the praise moras get

You'd have to saw on your hand with it to cut yourself. The sheath is the loosest I've seen from them as well. The knife rattles badly and one shake pops it right out. Don't know if this is representative of all 510's but it's bad

This is where the knife looses a star. The handle just doesn't do it for me. The sheath isn't the greatest, in my humble opinion. I didn't really buy the knife for the sheath though
