  MS laughing all the way to the bank knowing they sell trash. Know 2 other people that loved their surfaces then had similar issues after a year of ownership. Every person I know that has the surface book has major problems. I believe MS knows these products will fail in few months but continue to sell them

I loved the looks of this sleek laptop. the ease of moveable and the power of the laptop. I recommend buying the pen stylet and the docking 2.

 The 13 inch screen is good size, happy I didn't spring for the 15 inch. Handles video editing well. No fan is a plus, nice and quiet.

Screen cracking issue

 Once I’ve closed the suspected program, I then tell the software to connect the XG mobile (since I already “successfully disconnected” it, I now, of course, have to “connect” it again), wait out the progress bar again, then again attempt to “disconnect”, wait out the progress bar a third time, all just to see if I did in fact kill the right program and get a white LED. If it’s *still* red: wash, rinse, repeat until I finally get that blessed white LED.

 Buggiest, most terrible laptop I have ever had. Would honestly rather have bought a Chromebook it's been so terrible.

The Enter key is SO soft and mushy and I've noticed many of the keys, like the pair of Space bars, are also soft and don't register contact multiple times.
